Small Group Ministries

WHAT IS CHRISTCARE?
  That’s the question many of you are asking.  Others are asking, How can we be involved it sounds great.  Let’s start with, “What is Christ-Care?”. ChristCare Small Group Ministry provides congregations with a highly effective tools to carry out Jesus' Great Commandment to love one another and Great Com-mission to make disciples.

The ChristCare Small Group Ministry System provides the structure, training, and resources that congregations need to organize a lasting, effective small group ministry (called ChristCare Small Group Ministry) in the congregation.

Small Groups are gatherings of three to twelve people that meet once a week or twice a month for 60 to 90 minutes and focus on four activities:  Community building and care; Biblical Equipping; Prayer and worship; Missional service.  ChristCare Small Group Ministry provides congregations with a highly effective tool to carry out Jesu’ Great Com-mandment to love one another and Great Commission to make disciples.

A Complete System for Small Group Ministry 

ChristCare is a complete system for organizing a small group ministry, training small group leaders, beginning and growing small groups, and providing ongoing support and guidance for your group leaders. More than a theory, a vision, a curriculum or just training, the ChristCare Series provides a step-by-step plan, extensive training and resources, and proven solutions for every aspect of organizing and administering a highly effective small group ministry. You don't have to reinvent the wheel. You don't need to patch together ideas and techniques from books, seminars, and classes, filling in the holes through trial and error. The ChristCare Series provides the answers--all the whats, whys, whens, and how-tos.
Want to be involved?  Do you want to be a Group Leader? Do you want to be a member of a group?  . Tell one of the CCC Equippers -- Terri or Danny  -- if you’d like to be involved.   Training for group leaders will occur after the May training, then groups will begin to be formed during the fall.  God commands us to care for one another and to make disciples.  Is God leading you to grow your faith, to build deeper relationships with those around you?  Is He talking to you through those around you?  Are you listening?  If He is leading you in this direction, consider joining us as we start this ministry at Central Christian Church.
